But over a period of time, a unique grammar of marketing presentations has emerged. A typical marketing presentation of today would include the following elements.

For one thing, a marketing presentation is a way of establishing the credentials of the agency making it. So, credentials are naturally a part of the marketing presentation. Strategy is another all important component of a marketing presentation. The tactics that the strategy will scope out into is another area that the marketing presentation has to deal with. And finally, the marketing presentation would not be complete if it did not include details specific to the needs and requirements of the client.
