My husband suddenly ran out of checks several nights ago. How in the world he didn't know that he was down to his final check is beyond me. But, nevertheless, he had used the last check. This, of course, caused pandemonium in my household. He needed to go online and find some new checks to order - immediately. You would have thought that his life depended on it. Once he found a nice site that he thought would have a large amount of check designs to choose from, he started pondering what he wanted. I suggested that he simply re-order his old checks but he vetoed that idea saying that he was bored with his check designs. I left the room hoping that he would entertain himself and not bother me. Unfortunately, as he scrolled through the multiple pages of check designs, he had to call me into the room to show me every single one that he liked. I tried to not get involved. He didn't want anything fancy or too girlish, nor did he want anything too boring. He wanted to find check designs that were appropriate for
him. I didn't dare mention the fact that they were only checks. Apparently, he was very adamant about finding check designs that he liked.
Soon enough, he found Spiderman check designs. Well, that made his entire day. As he called for me to come and see his cherished findings, I was getting pretty fed up. He was absolutely convinced that these were the perfect check designs for him. He had to have them. Never mind the fact that they cost twice the amount of money that I'd paid for my checks. And my check designs are very nice and suitable for me. I did point out the price and he shrugged saying that he didn't think it was very unreasonable. I didn't argue. If those were the check designs that he wanted, by all means, he should have them. He calmed down enough to actually go ahead and order them and was very proud of himself for having found them.
As you can see, some people are very passionate about their check designs. Some people spend more money than necessary for something that they write on and send to someone else. There are many different companies out there to order checks from. Every company has the same check designs and different ones as well. You can spend lots of money or very little money. It all depends on how important check designs are to you.
